Privacy Policy

The short version

Landedd does not store your resume, job descriptions, or personal information. We process everything in memory and nothing is written to a database. We don't sell data. We don't run ads. No sign-up required.

What we collect

When you use Landedd's tools, you may provide text (a resume, a job description, or answers to questions). This content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response, and then discarded. We do not store it.

If you choose to submit feedback, we collect your message, optional email address, star rating, and which tool you used. This is stored so we can improve the product and, if you asked, follow up with you.

We use standard server logs that may capture your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes only.

What we do not collect

• We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use the tools.
• We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
• We do not sell, share, or trade your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

Third-party services

We use Anthropic's Claude API to power our AI features. Content you submit to our tools is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's usage policies apply to this data. We do not send your data to any other AI provider.

We use Vercel for hosting. Vercel may process standard request data as part of serving the site.

Cookies

Landedd uses minimal browser storage (localStorage) only to track your free usage limits (e.g., number of downloads or scans used). This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

Your rights

Since we don't store your resume or personal data, there's nothing to delete. If you submitted feedback and want it removed, email us at hello@landedd.com and we'll handle it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the "last updated" date at the top when we make changes. Significant changes will be noted in the beta announcement bar on the homepage.
